Dances/Social Events

Blue Moon Milonga  
Location: Convergence Technique Studio
Time: 9 pm-1 am
Cover/Fee: free-just bring something to share

This Milonga is hosted by the Maier McKenney family. It
occurs every time there are 5 saturdays in the month and is
held in the dance cottage located behind our house. There is
no class as it is just a dance and social gathering. Come to
dance, to chat or to do both!

Robert McKenney is the DJ of this event and his music keeps our feet wanting to be on the dance floor longer than they probably should be :)

Our address is 10247 Thorpe Avenue. Thje zip code is
63114. Do not forget to put Avenue down when you
mapquest it or it will not come up. The entrance to the
cottage is off Krem so park on the side if you can.

Parking is free.

Weekly Classes

Drop in Technique Class  
Location: Convergence Technique Studio
Time: 11am to 12 noon
Cover/Fee: $12pp or $10 with clas card

This tango technique class focuses on how we move as
individuals before we even connect with a partner. Although
we will do some partnering work this class focuses on
balance, torsion and use of gravity and momentum in ways
that aid the dancer instead of disrupt the connection. We will
utilize exercises to learn walking, pivoting and arial
movements while working on our posture and balance. This
is a great class for all levels of people with a lot of individual
attention.

Private Group Lessons Advanced Dancers  
Location: Face & the Body Spa
Time: 5-6:30pm
Cover/Fee: $60 per 4 week session

Serious Tango for serious dancers. This is about movement, musicality and mastering Argentine Tango
