Nuestra Milonga The Ritz in Clayton DJ Michael Jay
Location: Ritz Carlton Hotels
Time: 6:00p - 10:00p
Cover/Fee: $5 donation

This is a very nice venue that compliments the elegance of Argentine Tango. Please dress to match the distinction of The Ritz. This should be a great opportunity to not only enjoy dancing Tango in a central location, but to also provide the general population a peek into the wonderful world of Argentine Tango. Nuestra Milonga will give us the stage to show tango to new people and establish another venue where our out of town tango guests can come and dance when they visit St. Louis. The Ritz is the perfect venue to invite friends to experience Argentine Tango in a stylish and comfortable setting without feeling out of places. Come out and enjoy another tango event. Support your community, dance tango and be a part of building better tango community, your community.

Weekly Classes

Drop in Technique Class
Location: Convergence Technique Studio
Time: 11am to 12 noon
Cover/Fee: $12pp or $10 with clas card

This tango technique class focuses on how we move as
individuals before we even connect with a partner. Although
we will do some partnering work this class focuses on
balance, torsion and use of gravity and momentum in ways
that aid the dancer instead of disrupt the connection. We will
utilize exercises to learn walking, pivoting and arial
movements while working on our posture and balance. This
is a great class for all levels of people with a lot of individual
attention.

Instructor: Roxanne Maier
